We hope you are pleased with your purchase.  Lucy Loves Fabric always aims to please our customers.  As many Lucy Loves Fabric goods are vintage, antique or recycled a refund can only be given on the basis of gross misrepresentation as these products are not new and therefore won’t be perfect. In our description we will cover as much detail on the item as possible and if there is a flaw in the item this will be pointed out. However, Lucy Loves Fabric tries to only stock the best quality items. If something is missed we apologise. After all we are only human. We are unable to provide a refund due to client remorse, so please ensure your item is exactly what you are looking for before purchasing. If you have any questions before purchasing please contact us direct at enquiries@lucylovesfabric.com.  If there is a fault with a new item by one of our modern designers a full refund will be made upon agreement of the fault. In the event of gross misrepresentation a full refund, including postage costs will be made. Please ensure you contact us within seven days of purchasing if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
